Abstract
Este trabajo plasma una reflexión sobre dos diferentes formas de concebir y abordar la cuestión juvenil en dos momentos históricos: durante el desarrollismo y la perspectiva integradora del proyecto de sociedad vigente en ese periodo y la actualidad en donde el proyecto de sociedad se caracteriza por la imposición de mecanismos de exclusión social. El anterior análisis se realiza partiendo del estudio de la forma en que se manifiesta el ejercicio del poder en cada uno de estos dos modelos de sociedad.
