Abstract
Este artículo tiene como objetivo primordial establecer una reflexión sobre la labor de la Fiscalía dentro del Colegio de Trabajadores Sociales de Costa Rica, así como dar a conocer a todos los agremiados, quienes la conforman, cuáles son sus objetivos y los mecanismos necesarios para obtener sus servicios.
Se hace una descripción de diferentes aspectos propios del quehacer de esta instancia que es creada por Ley dentro de cualquier institución o corporación gremial.
Específicamente en este documento se conocen aspectos sobre: Qué es la Fiscalía, afiliación de nuevos profesionales. el ejercicio liberal de la profesión, de las suspensiones, de la desafiliación, de los pensionados, del tribunal de Ética
