Abstract
Cinco personas ciudadanas costarricenses se enfrentarán durante la primera semana del mes de
abril del 2017, a la primera etapa de un proceso penal, por su seria y comprometida participación
en una manifestación social en defensa de la Caja Costarricense del Seguro Social (CCSS),
realizada el día 8 de noviembre del 2012.
En dicha oportunidad, la policía en forma violenta agredió y detuvo a varias personas
manifestantes, ejerciendo incluso, esas medidas represivas contra diputados que también
participaban de la protesta social. (...)
