Abuso contra personas menores de edad en la manifestación de trastornos facticios por poder

Abstract
Como resultado de una investigación, se dan a conocer algunos de los factores sociofamiliares presentes en seis familias atendidas en el Hospital Nacional de Niños, del año 2000 al primer trimestre del 2002, diagnosticadas con el trastorno facticio por poder, por el Comité de Estudio Integral del Niño, Niña y Adolescente Agredido (CEINA).
Se enfatizan algunas de las características individuales de los y las sujetos (as) de investigación, así como de la dinámica de trastornos facticios por poder identificada. Se propone además, una síntesis de la propuesta de intervención para ser utilizada por los y las Trabajadoras Sociales del Sector Salud, como guía en su labor dentro de los equipos interdisciplinarios.
